Order cut-off time

Orders placed after 4:00 PM (EAT) will be processed on the next business day.

Order processing

  • Orders are processed during business hours: 9:00am to 5:00pm.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
  • You will receive confirmation by SMS, call, or email once your order is dispatched.

Couriers & pick-up

We deliver through trusted courier partners and our own delivery riders. You may also collect your order in person at Magomano House, 1st Floor, Room 10D, Tom Mboya Street, Nairobi during business hours.

Tracking & delays

We will keep you updated on your order’s progress. While we work hard to deliver on time, delays can occasionally occur due to weather, courier issues, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order is delayed, please contact us and we will assist immediately.

Payment

Delivery fees are added to your order and paid securely at checkout. Upcountry delivery (KSh 700) is paid at checkout along with the cost of your order.
