3. Orders

  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance once we process and dispatch your order.
  • We may decline or cancel an order if a product is out of stock, a pricing error occurred, or payment could not be verified. In such cases, any payment made will be refunded.

We accept M-Pesa, bank transfer, and card payments at checkout. Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.
