These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and your purchase of products from Power Tools Plug (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Power Tools Plug is a retailer of power tools and related equipment based at Magomano House, 1st Floor, Room 10D, Tom Mboya Street, Nairobi, Kenya. You can reach us on +254 708 777192 or at info@powertoolsplugke.co.ke.

2. Products and pricing

All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and, where applicable, include Value Added Tax (VAT). We make every effort to display accurate prices, descriptions and images, but errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will inform you and give you the option to continue at the correct price or cancel the order. Prices and availability may change without notice.

3. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted once we confirm it and, where applicable, receive payment or arrange Pay on Delivery. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where stock is unavailable or where we suspect fraud.

4. Payment

We accept M-Pesa and Pay on Delivery (where available). Payment instructions are provided at checkout or confirmed by our team. Goods remain our property until payment is received in full.

5. Delivery

Delivery timelines and charges are described in our Shipping and Delivery Policy. Delivery times are estimates and, while we work hard to meet them, they are not guaranteed.

6. Returns, refunds and warranty

Your rights to return items and receive refunds are set out in our Return and Refund Policy. Warranty information is provided on the applicable product page and is subject to the manufacturer’s warranty terms where applicable.

7. Use of the website

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful purpose. All content on this site, including text, logos and images, is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under Kenyan law, including under the Consumer Protection Act.
